Cebu Province promises lots of pristine islands and islets for a great island hopping spree. And for our next stop, Olango Island. As the neighboring island of the world famous Mactan Island (not just as the place where Magellan died but famous for its world class shoreline and beachfront) , Olango is home to several sanctuaries. Diving activities are common within the area. The underwater magnificence and its exquisiteness attracts foreign and local divers alike. The marine sanctuary is noted for its still waters, a caution of its depth. Passing by the dark blue water develops an eerie feeling that at any moment something deep below will emerge and scare you bigtime. Imaginations.
The neighboring islets are as well bounded with powdery, white sands and a mix of blue and green waters. Fishes and unique marine creatures are thriving within the area.
